What about probate?
If you’re dealing with the estate of someone who has died, we can handle the estate administration for a fixed fee, quoted after a free consultation and confirmed in writing. Applying for the grant of probate is a reserved legal activity, so that step is prepared by a regulated partner firm, whose fee we confirm before you commit. Court fees are passed on at cost. - Government fees are separate and passed on at cost: for example, the £92 per-document Office of the Public Guardian fee to register an LPA, HMRC’s Trust Registration Service, and any court fees where they apply.
